Signing in

Mercel signs in with your email and password. Your account is the same across every organization and workspace you belong to.

Sign in

1. Go to the sign-in page.
2. Enter your email and password and submit.

If you belong to more than one organization, Mercel takes you to your most recent one. You can switch at any time — see Switching organizations.

Enter a two-factor code

If you've turned on two-factor authentication, we ask for a code after your password.

1. Open your authenticator app and enter the current 6-digit code.
2. Optionally select Trust this device to skip the prompt on this browser next time.

Lost your device? Choose Use a backup code instead and enter one of the recovery codes you saved when you set up two-factor.

Reset a forgotten password

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
2. Enter your email. If an account exists, we send a reset link.
3. Open the email, click the link, and set a new password (at least 8 characters, with one number or symbol).

Re-authenticating for sensitive actions

Some actions — changing security settings, managing members, or creating keys — may ask you to confirm your password again, even while signed in. This keeps a stolen, unattended session from making high-impact changes. Enter your password to continue where you left off.
